Learn moreHow Escrow Works
Every transaction follows the same documented path — so buyers and sellers always know exactly where things stand.
Share the transaction details — parties, value, jurisdiction and what is being exchanged.
Our officers review the terms and structure an escrow agreement both parties accept.
The buyer’s payment is received and held in neutral, independent custody.
The seller delivers as agreed, supported by shipping and performance documentation.
Delivery and documents are checked against the conditions set out in the agreement.
Once verified, funds are released to the seller and the transaction is closed.

Still have questions?
Contact the escrow deskEscrow is an arrangement in which an independent third party holds funds or assets on behalf of a buyer and seller until the agreed conditions are met. Once every condition is verified, the escrow agent releases the funds exactly as instructed — protecting both sides.
The buyer’s payment is deposited into escrow, the seller delivers the goods or services, and delivery is verified against the agreement. Only then are funds released to the seller. If conditions are not met, funds are returned or handled according to the agreement.
Funds are held in segregated custody, separate from our operating accounts, and are released only when the documented conditions of the escrow agreement are satisfied. Neither buyer nor seller can access the funds unilaterally.
Typically we need identification for all parties, the underlying contract or invoice, and the delivery or inspection terms. The exact document set depends on the transaction and jurisdiction, and is confirmed in writing before funds are deposited.
Setup is usually completed within a few business days once all parties and documents are in place. The overall duration depends on delivery and verification timelines, which are agreed and documented up front.
